Price ranges from $400-$1000 per month depending on options that you choose. Sanctuary currently has seating for 65 people.

Shared Space Rental Rates

Space rented in 2hr increments with 30 min. grace period. 2p-4p can get in at 1:30p building must be locked and vacated by 4:30p.
Sunday Rates
- 2hr contract Afternoon 2p-4p (30 minute before and after grace periods)
- Sanctuary alone without sound system= $600/month
- Sanctuary with Sound system= $800/month
- Sanctuary NO sound system with use of class room/nursery and office= $800/month
- Sanctuary + sound system with use of classroom/nursery and office=$1000/month
- 2hr contract Evening 5p-7p or 6p-8pm (30 minute before and after grace periods)
- Sanctuary alone without sound system= $400/month
- Sanctuary with Sound system= $600/month
- Sanctuary NO sound system with use of class room/nursery and office= $600/month
- Sanctuary + sound system with use of classroom/nursery and office=$800/month

Hourly Event Rates for Sanctuary for Conferences, Revivals, Weddings, and other Church activities.
- Without use of sound system- $100/hr for first 2 hrs $25/hr each additional hour (must book a minimum of 2 hrs.)
- With use of sound system-$150/hr for first 2 hrs $50/hr each
additional hour (must book a minimum of 2 hrs.)
- There is a 30 min grace period before and after your event.

Premarital Counseling- $100
Pastor John  also officiates wedding ceremonies.
